Born on April 3, 1999, Eduardo Portillo debuted on the professional racquetball tour at the 2017 UnitedHealthcare US OPEN in Minneapolis, Minnesota, at the age of 18. Standing at 6’1″ and weighing 165 pounds, Portillo’s tall and lean frame enhances his fluid movements and powerful strokes on the court. Over his seven seasons on the IRT, he’s built a strong record of 68 wins to 40 losses, with a winning percentage of 63.0%. His career highlights include capturing his first tour title and achieving a career-high year-end ranking of #4 in 2022.

Known for his competitive drive and technical skill, Portillo is a proud ambassador for Gearbox and Dovetail.. Off the court, he is pursuing flight school and dreams of becoming a pilot in the future.
