Since making his tour debut at the 21st United Healthcare US Open in 2016 at just 20 years old, Montoya has steadily risen through the ranks, achieving his career-high #2 year-end ranking in 2024. Over eight seasons, he has reached four finals and captured one professional title, showcasing his competitive spirit and resilience. With a career win-loss record of 87-43 and a 66.9% win rate, Montoya’s consistency and determination make him a formidable opponent on the court.
Standing 5’11” and weighing 176 pounds, Montoya combines athleticism and precision, wielding his Gearbox racquet with expertise.
